There's a captivating Dr Vranjes fragrance diffuser for every room in your home. It's your personal preference as to which fragrance you order - but see below for help in choosing the right size diffuser for your room.
The “nose” for Florence’s Antica Officina del Farmacista is Dr Paolo Vranjes - an alchemist of the mysterious art of fragrance. Using a combination of research and inspiration, Dr Vranjes harnesses the emotionally powerful olfactory sense to create scents that are at once historical and timeless.
With its rich history in the craft of perfumery – mainly thanks to the great taste and extravagant whims of ambassadress Catherine de Medici – the city of Florence is responsible for distillation methods that have endured and feature prominently in Dr Vranjes’ formulations today.
The best way to choose the right size of diffuser bottle is to start with the area of the space you want to perfume:
250 ml > 8-10 square metres*
500 ml > 20-25 square metres*
*These square metreages are purely indicative and usually refer to areas with ceilings of average 2 metres in height.
The 1.25 litre, 2.5 litre and 5.0 litre size diffusers are suitable for ambiances usually larger than 15 square metres. Besides diffusing an effective perfume into the air, these bottles make for stunning home decor items.
Positioning your Diffuser
Ideally, place the diffuser in the centre of the room. For larger spaces, we recommend that you place two diffusers on opposite sides of the area.
Adjust the intensity of the scent
Turn all, or only some, of the scent sticks, once or several times per day.
Maximise the duration
The duration of a fragrance depends on the size of the area in which it is located, its temperature, and whether it's out of direct sunlight and draughts that can accelerate the evaporation.
